Group Classes
During my transition from San Francisco to the East Bay, please stay tuned to my Facebook page and The Mindful Body for current schedule.


Private & Semi-private Classes

Enjoy a 60 or 90 minute yoga workshop tailored to fit your specific needs. Whether you are interested in setting the foundations of a new practice, furthering a more advanced one, or learning to modify for physical limitations, all experience levels are welcome.

This can be set up as a private or semi-private class for up to three people at your home or a studio location.

Volunteer Teaching
I am honored to help serve under-served communities through yoga, which continually feeds my passion for complementary work advocating for community-based, recovery-oriented preventative mental health. I currently teach at the Family Development Center and Hamilton Family Center, two wonderful programs helping to support San Francisco families in need.
